A source is unavailable

Your saved workspace is not removed. Retry when the connection returns. Settle shows a blank value instead of inventing a fact.

A city has limited coverage

Some housing and commute facts depend on public geographic coverage. Climate and city search may still work while a citywide brief is unavailable.

Remove local data

Settings → Reset local workspace removes saved places, comparisons, Daily Reach data, move-plan information, and persisted navigation state from this device.

Report a problem well

Include the city and screen where it happened.
Tell us whether retrying changed the result.
Do not send a full home address unless it is essential to reproduce the issue.
